Part-time | 20 hours per week
The offer is Php 20,000 take home per month
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Manila Time

About the Client:
The client runs an allied health clinic that offers a range of services from Psychology, Counselling, Nutritional medicine, Naturopathy, and Hypnotherapy. The Managing Director together with her team of highly experienced Psychologists, Therapists, Nutritionists, and Life Coaches are catering to a growing clientele.
About the Role:
The Marketing Assistant is required to set up effective online marketing campaigns for the client through email and social media platforms. This role will focus on producing online content relevant to Psychology and mental health care, and about the services offered by the client.
Responsibilities:
Email marketing: set-up, automation, optimization, template creation
Create and send out newsletters and other email marketing collaterals through Mail Chimp
Help set up and manage new social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc)
Support the development of marketing campaigns in the different social media platforms
Produce creative social media content (blogs, captions, articles)
Create appropriate graphics for branding using the documents provided in Canva
Create reels and/or short video clips as content
Assist in managing and scheduling content
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Online Marketing or other relevant roles
Strong English skills in both verbal and written communications
Email marketing savvy
Video and image editing capacity for social media use
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Awesome writing competency
Knowledge of automation and automating systems
Proficient in the following software/tools:
o Squarespace
o Mail Chimp
o Canva
