Job Description:
Completes sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database;
Assists in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral;
Maintains project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars;
Provides administrative aid for various projects related to market, which includes project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting, transcribes notes and composes memos;
Assists in the promotional strategies and product development;
Prepares invitations, event agenda, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events;
Provides personal and administrative support to directors. The support includes running errands, coordinating travel arranging, prepare appointments and agendas;
Manages marketing and media event budgets and arranging preparatory meetings for trade shows and seminars;
Collaborating with the sales manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Assist in the activities of Marketing Department .
Working closely with sales and marketing group.
Market research on competitors and stay updated on their promotions and marketing strategies.
 
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge in Marketing plan, strategies and development;
Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence;
Knowledge and ability to accommodate and persuade clients;
Must have knowledge in creating effective campaigns and projects;
Ability to communicate well with other team members;
Should have product awareness and knowledge of current and potential customer; and
Ability to work under pressure and can meet deadlines.
 
Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's/ college degree, preferably Business Management, Marketing, and other related fields
Hardworking and can work in flexible time.
Personable and able to pleasingly work with customers.
Have a strong orientation towards customer sales and service and understanding of customers’ needs.
Possess good communication skills, highly-motivated and can work under minimal supervision.
Knowledge in any Graphic and editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage but not required.
