Description
1. Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of Dealer Subsidy Request Form for submission to IPC on approved dealer activities and for additional activities with additional DOYA Points.
2. Facilitate the preparation of vehicles' documents: Vehicle Delivery Receipt, Gate Pass and Fuel Purchase Order to staging displays.
3. Prepare gate pass for other paraphernalia needed during exhibits such as: Chairs, Table, Streamers including flyers and brochures.
4. Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in the ingress & egress of display vehicles.
5. Take pictures of exhibits/displays and Collate receipts of expenses incurred during displays.
6. Prepare Dealer Subsidy Evaluation Form and attach pictures and receipts for submission to IPC.
7. Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of letters and flyers to be sent to Bicol based Isuzu vehicle owners at least three (3) weeks before the departure of our mechanics for our quarterly Bicol Caravan.
8. Prepare "Thank You" letters for every released unit/s.
9. Assist Sales and Marketing Manager in writing scripts of our products to be aired by DWIZ & HOME RADIO for additional DOYA Points.
10. Editing pictures for marketing strategy/promos/website.
11. Monitoring and distribute digital marketing inquiries to SEs.
12. Coordinate with MIS and CRT on updating all online platforms (Website, Facebook, etc.) for events, discounts and promos of Gencars.
13. Assign showroom duties every month.
14. Arrange and coordinate with Admin Dept. regarding showroom display including specs stand every day.
15. Attend MARCOM once a month if Sales & Marketing Manager is not available.
16. Join and attend meetings with Sales & Marketing Manager, suppliers and event coordinators.
17. And other responsibilities that will be assigned occasionally.
