Job Responsibilities
Handling marketing tasks and projects in both digital and physical spaces.
Managing updates, advertising, and content across several internal and external digital touchpoints including company websites and social media channels
Coordinate and drive marketing projects to completion using project management tools
Handle physical and digital conferences and networking events around the world
Coordinate promotional materials requests, release notifications and file management
Manage merchandise projects including supplier negotiation
Make sure the expected quality standards are met
You will also work with several internal and external stakeholders on a variety of fun and engaging tasks
You will document your work in accordance with our brand policies and procedures
Work closely with Asia Marketing Executive and local sales and account management teams, Reporting to Marketing Operations
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of 4 year course
High Level of Professionalism
Strong customer service orientation
Good communication skills
