MARKETING ASSISTANT - VIDEO & CONTENT

Job Responsibilities
Film, edit, and produce short-form video content showcasing student life, teacher interviews, and staff experiences at Winning/GoEdu.
Conduct interviews with students, teachers, staff, and nearby partner restaurants/sport facilities.
Establish partnerships with restaurants, cafés, gyms, and other facilities to secure exclusive discounts for Winning/GoEdu students.
Write and edit articles, blog posts, and social media captions in English (with translation support from country managers/AI tools).
Ensure minimum weekly content output of 3-5 (videos and/or written articles).
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Country Managers to align content with each market (Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Turkey, Middle East, etc.).
Support brand-building initiatives through storytelling, student testimonials, and community features.
Compensation Package
Basic Salary: Php 12,000 / month
Content Incentive: Php 300 for each approved, high-quality content piece (video/article), including proper translation work.
Performance Expectation: Minimum 3-5 content pieces per week.
Employment Status: Full-time, probationary for 3 months, with the possibility of regularization based on performance.
Benefits: 13th month pay, statutory benefits per Philippine law.
Qualifications
Strong skills in video filming, editing, and storytelling.
Basic to intermediate writing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Experience in interviews, social media content creation, and partnership outreach.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable engaging with students, staff, and external partners.
Can work under weekly deadlines and collaborate with an international marketing team.
