MARKETING ASSISTANT
TASKS
1. Execute Marketing Strategy.
2. Manage brand and marketing initiatives.
3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
4. Perform market and clients research.
5. Create reports on marketing performance.
6. Assist with social media and website content. (Philgeps, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
7. Attend trade show and company events.
8. Organize and manage marketing collateral.
9. Will service corporate and special occasion clients of the company.
10. Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
11. Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders
12. Organize and file daily documents
13. Developing strategies for new product launches or product changes based on
customer feedback
14. Coordinating with other departments such as accounting or human resources to
ensure that all aspects of a campaign are completed smoothly
15. Creating brochures, fliers, or other printed materials for distribution through
direct mail, email campaigns, or other methods
16. Experience in servicing government clients is a plus
17. Experience with banquet sales is a plus.

Marketing Assistant Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field with at least 1-2 years work experience.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. - With editing skills
- Canva knowledge is a plus
