Fast-growing Play'n GO Marketing department is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Marketing Assistant (Manila) within the dynamic Marketing Operations team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling marketing tasks and projects in both digital and physical spaces. Managing updates, advertising, and content across several internal and external digital touchpoints including company websites and social media channels Coordinate and drive marketing projects to completion using project management tools Handle physical and digital conferences and networking events around the world Coordinate promotional materials requests, release notifications and file management Manage merchandise projects including supplier negotiation Make sure the expected quality standards are met You will also work with several internal and external stakeholders on a variety of fun and engaging tasks You will document your work in accordance with our brand policies and procedures Work closely with Asia Marketing Executive and local sales and account management teams, Reporting to Marketing Operations Manager. Who are you: You are a DRIVER, you own your tasks and projects and ensure these are delivered on time and within the high-quality expectations You are an ambitious yet humble individual who does not shy away from hard work when needed You are a team-player, you think solutions and have a positive, future-oriented mindset You are a pro-active problem solver You have good communication skills Knowledge of Chinese, Indian, Thai or Japanese languages is considered an asset but not a must Get in here.
