Position: Marketing AssistantWorking Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30AM to 5:00PM US Eastern Time ZoneSalary range: USD 1,800- 2,000 per month (Compensation aligned with experience and qualifications)Location: 100% Remote Job, Full TimeAbout the Role:We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support Medical Fund Advisors (MFA) - a team of dedicated and knowledgeable people that helps clients recover medical funds by reaching out to and working with trust officers, attorneys, and legal departments. In addition to MFA, this role will assist with marketing initiatives across several manufacturing businesses within the company portfolio.You'll help execute outreach campaigns, manage CRM systems, support content creation, and assist in maintaining web and digital assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is self-directed, and can communicate effectively with both professional and industrial audiences.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email to trust bankers, attorneys, and legal departments using provided scripts
Manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot and others) and support the setup of email drip campaigns
Assist with website updates and provide light graphic design support using tools like Canva or Adobe
Adapt marketing messaging from a formal tone (for MFA) to a more casual, technical tone (for manufacturing businesses)
Write basic technical content, such as product descriptions for industrial components (e.g., bearings)
Support general marketing administration tasks and basic campaign performance reporting
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written English, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation workflows
Basic website editing knowledge (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus Points:
Experience supporting multiple brands or companies
Familiarity with the legal, medical, or manufacturing sectors
Light design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
