Job Description:
Our client is helping people and organisations sustain long-term positive change. They help to improve operational performance and processes across businesses through coaching, consulting, training, and cultural change.
They are now looking to hire a Marketing and Operations Support Specialist to support the growth and effective and efficient operations of the client to achieve its yearly goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Manage and maintain LinkedIn profiles as per specific standards and guidelines
Editing of photos, videos, and graphics (basic)
Manage website content - will have back-end direct access to a website platform
Post on other social media platforms other than LI (FB, Twitter)
Design, improve and maintain marketing collateral - Flyers (profile, product description), Icons (email signature, header, profile pic, etc)
Operations / Administration:
Maintain CRM data and implement broadcast emails
Create, format, and improve PowerPoint presentations (training materials)
Improve and format client reports
Create templates, forms, and reports, as required
Troubleshoot basic IT issues/problems and assist with IT support (eg software updates or
installation and coordinate service support with software providers (eg Microsoft, Apple, Keap,
LinkedIn, etc)
Document procedures and business processes of major aspects of the business
Research, migrate and commission a new CRM (potential future project)
Manage events attendance, registration, and preparation of online training sessions
Attend and administer online training sessions (supporting the training facilitator)
Search, improve and maintain software applications based on user needs
Improve and manage file storage
Document meeting discussions
All other required administrative tasks as they come up
Content-related work (editing and minimal writing):
Research and gather information and data on content-related topics
Repurposing content from previous/old content
Create case studies and success stories (information and data to be provided)
Review posts for LinkedIn as they get published
Update content for Linkedin posts and website blogs
Create email newsletters and other content
Requirements:
Engineering (but with the right experience)
Marketing or digital marketing-related degree
Copywriting or journalism-related (preferred, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail for grammar and online best practices (eg readability standards, call to action placement, etc).
Marketing concepts and strategies, including lead generation, brand building andcustomer profiling
Social Media, in particular, Linkedin (basic to intermediate)
Linkedin Profile management (but not a must)
Basic editing of photos, videos, and other forms of media
Basic creation and editing of graphics and images - Canva, photo images, etc
Ability to learn and navigate ANY software demonstrated by using social media platforms, CRM, WordPress, etc.

General software experience in emails, CRM, and CMS including overall navigation, content update, master data update, workflow management, etc -
