Coordinate, action or support on Marketing and Communication initiatives, tasks and activities
Scope, plan, present and action marketing and communication initiatives
Coordinate and action on tasks and activities on digital channels (LinkedIn and company website)
Coordinate and action the creation or refresh of company templates and brochures using various tools (Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe suite and other industry standard graphics tools)
Scope, plan and present on initiatives to appropriate team members and agencies
Review, identify and update any issues or errors with company marketing collateral and templates
Identify and mitigate/resolve issues, dependencies and risks on marketing and communications tasks and activities
Assist with planning and scheduling of annual plan for Marketing and Communications
Track initiatives through to completion, ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
Abide by company Policies and Standards and escalate to management as required
Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
Seek management approval prior to any commercial/business related decisions
Develop customer/partner/agency relationships through professionalism, service excellence and meeting expectations and through quality of work
Identify, recommend improvement opportunities in existing Marketing and
Communications processes and routine activities
Standard business working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Strong written and oral communication skills
Confident communicator - email, voice/phone, virtual (Teams, Zoom etc)
Strong attention to detail in written communications
Concepts, ideas and presentation and content creation skills
Strong PC skills (Microsoft suite, web, internet)
Ability to work to plans and timelines
Relevant/related tertiary degree or qualifications
Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
