We are looking for a General Administrative Assistant to work on various admin tasks for our US client with a Digital Marketing Agency. You will be working with the client directly so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. This is a long-term position and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

We are a digital agency that has been in business for more than 20 years. Our core business is acting as the marketing department for businesses and organizations that need dedicated ongoing marketing support.
We support clients through nearly all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, visual identity, print, and digital design, website development, social media, ad network, search engine marketing, and photo and video production.
We have a small team of long-term staff that is entirely virtual and work from home serving a roster of long-term clients.
As a General Administrative Assistant, here are your qualities and tasks, but are NOT limited to:
Most of the work for this role will be focused on one of our clients. The type of work is mainly customer service and administrative, but our ideal candidate is also willing and able to perform other digital marketing functions such as social media management, website updates, email marketing, etc.
Answer inbound calls and emails and make outbound calls as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms used by the business.
Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion.
Manage and answer customer inquiries from the Facebook page, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Experience in ActiveCampaign is preferred.
Experience in navigating the Amazon Seller Central platform.
Amazon FBA experience preferred.
Updating client information, processing orders over the phone, through Woocommerce, etc.
Salary: $600-$1000
