Our Account Managers play a key role in the Creative Studio. You will help build, plan and deliver creative projects to the highest standard across the Group's various touchpoints and channels.
The Studio is the heartbeat of William Hill which means you will work closely with all areas of the business from around the world to help bring our brands to life, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to and work with clients to bring projects into the studio by developing relationships and fostering trust
Receive and interpret briefs, then coordinate the necessary approvals
Coordinate internal meetings with stakeholders to achieve the above
Work with other members of the Operations team to resource the right team members to deliver against the brief
Manage work through the studio from briefing to delivery across multiple channels and stakeholders
Monitor and report on your projects accurately and regularly as required
Encourage and facilitate collaboration across both the wider delivery team and Group as a whole
Work with Project Leads to ensure detailed project, implementation and/or actions plans are created for each project
Ensure project requirements are documented and agreed on to ensure project activity meets agreed client objectives.
Ensure risks and issues are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed to minimize disruption to successful delivery
Make sure Project Leads have visibility of and are able to collaborate on high priority projects and pitches
Chair and own weekly status meetings with both the clients and key studio stakeholders ensuring that project statuses, risks and onboarding processes are detailed and communicated clearly
Update the project regularly on our project management system
Skills & Qualifications needed:
Confident meeting and speaking to new people of all levels of seniority to build and maintain strong working relationships and trust.
Related experience at a relevant level of delivery in a corporate setting or ideally, an agency setting.
You must have excellent time-management skills and be highly organized.
You must be a good listener and feel confident asking questions to get more information/gain a better understanding of projects, requirements and client needs.
Able to influence the development of a first-class delivery service and support the pragmatic delivery of projects.
Able to juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
Personable, able to work effectively with different people.
Able to encourage and positively influence people.
Good negotiation skills and great attention to detail.
Able to work across multiple production processes and be aware of their technological requirements.
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unconventional projects.
