Market Research Project Coordinator, Korea Client Services & Operations
Location: Manila, Philippines
Status: Full-time
I. POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and works closely with other members of the Korea Client Services & Operations team. This is an entry staff level position at dataSpring, working to ensure that superior client service is delivered.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sales-Operations Tasks:
Performs bidding to project management tasks of sample only projects under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead
Evaluates client's request against dataSpring's capability to supply sample and provide other appropriate services, and prepares full quotation and proposal accordingly
Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions
Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame
Works efficiently with third party suppliers to fully deliver project requirements
Tests surveys and troubleshoots basic technical issues
Escalates outstanding RFQ/project-related issues to Operations Team Lead
Common Activities:
Maintains the good public image of the Company
Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to Operations Team Lead
Functions as a cooperative and active member of team meetings
Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit
Completes other administrative work as required (e.g. suggest supplies and job tools needed for Korea Client Services & Operations) and acts as an active team player
Contributes to entire dataSpring (and, or other local offices) as an active member, besides the Korea Client Services & Operations tasks assigned
III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
This is an office environment and typical physical demands apply.
Must be open to working flexible hours in day time to communicate efficiently with Global clients
Minimum Qualifications
Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties
Knowledge of Korean language is preferred, or must be willing to learn / study Korean language (Foreign Language incentive applies!)
Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set
Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
Ability to display empathy and ability to get along well with different personalities
Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred
Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team
Education/Experience
Bachelor's/College Degree is required
