Research market trends in real estate industry
Perform the market research presentation, both Manila and Cebu
To coordinate with property consultant companies
Provide weekly update of price & sales status of the competitors
Establish real estate market database
Graduated in urban planning, collected government data
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
Willing to work overtime when needed
Do 1-2 presentation per week
