In this role, your responsibilities would include a range of operations services which includes generation of invoices for advisory, insurance and sublease related transactions and subsequent settlements. Also performs key control processes like cash reconciliation and enables the business in its decision-making process by providing them visibility of outstanding transactions through the reporting function including but not limited to the following:
Act on business requests to raise invoice and other supported transactions within the agreed Service Level Agreements
Monitor and receive incoming payments from clients on a timely manner
Investigate and escalate aging cash breaks
Generate and distribute reports on a weekly and monthly basis
To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer focused and can initiate and maintain client relationships. You'll also have a high attention to detail and be comfortable with working on multiple tasks.
You'll also bring the following skills:
An enthusiastic and learning mindset, understanding the 'why' not just the 'how'!
Ability to identify and achieve continuous improvement within the team, while considering the key risk management role you are fulfilling.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate complex findings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Flexible to work on a permanent and varying shift schedule
Experience working in billings department desirable but not mandatory
