About the Market Electrical and Automation Head Role:
In this role you will be working with diverse group of individuals. Given your manufacturing engineering experience, the team will be needing assistance in strategic management and technical application.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer assistance for Factory Automation Systems (FAS) and E&A professional and technical activities
Ensure that all FAS and E&A activities contribute to business objectives, product quality, and plant operations/performance
Provide support for capex projects, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines
Oversee the effective management and operation of Electricity and Automation (E&A)
Assist in implementing and maintaining digital solutions like DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operations) and APC (Advanced Process Control)
Emphasise safety, including health and safety of individuals, product safety, and environmental considerations
To be successful in this Market Electrical and Automation Head role, you must have the ability to effectively manage, strategise, support, and assist operations, to respond to changing needs of the business; personally, identifying and championing new ideas for improvement and growth.
Key Requirements:
Automation and/or MES engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical
Able to supervise personnel, including technical teams, contractors, or third parties
Contribute to the development of engineering projects within a multidisciplinary team, preferably involving diverse products and technologies in electrical and automation areas
Participate in the start-up of technical equipment or production lines
Self-manage, following defined KPIs/objectives, and proactively track them
Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution, is desired though not mandatory
Working knowledge of corporate and centralised engineering activities, methodologies, and strategies
