Join our Global Market Data Operations team in Manila and Gurugram, as a talented Market Data professional. In this role you'll be responsible for supporting Macquarie businesses globally by performing market data administrative tasks such as user access provisioning and revocation, managing FITS (Market Data inventory), invoice reconciliation, analyzing market data accruals and variances.
In this role you will be responsible for the user administration of market data systems and you will also be involved in entitlement management for Bloomberg, DACS (Refinitiv) etc. You will manage FITS Inventory of users/services of market data. You will complete reconciliations and processing of market data invoices with FITS and into accounts payable system You will also be responsible for data compliance and data access honesty reporting for Refinitiv and direct relationship exchanges.
You will take the lead in managing the accrual inventory system and work closely with the Market Data Technology & Business Analyst teams to ensure the global team strategy is successfully met. You will manage vendors in the accounts payable function and Market Data Third party relationship management, and demand management of market data systems. You will critically analyse the market data environment and escalate any risks. You will have the ability to run complex and ad-hoc reports tailored to specific business requirements from with FITS.
To be successful for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within market data operations. With experience in market data inventory systems, user and entitlement management (DACS) and FITS is highly desired. You will have proven reconciliation knowledge and managing large market data datasets and an understanding of basic accounting concepts; MS Office and financial markets experience is required
