Department description
Client Services is a department that provides a range of customer and operational services across the London Stock Exchange Group. The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management and Professional Services, Market Access and Live Service support. Refinitiv, an LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) business, is one of the world's largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure.
Team description
The Market Access Team is responsible for managing technical configurations, market maker registrations, clearing setups, network enablement requests, FIX onboarding requests, and software certifications and testing queries across a range of Markets and Services, spanning multiple venues across the London Stock Exchange Group and its partners. The team provides support in multiple areas including Trading, Market data, MIFID II and Post trade services across Equities, Derivatives, and Fixed Income & FX MarketsMarkets. The FIX Onboarding team provides trade, order, and workflow support for Refinitiv's transactions platforms across asset class including foreign exchange, equity, and fixed income.
The team works on a shift basis.
Role Description
Refinitiv REDI is a multi-asset class execution management system (EMS). It is a broker-neutral, trade execution to the buy and sell-side, which offers cross-asset trading functionality, powerful workflow and compliance tools, and rich analytics via desktop application, cloud, mobile and API. The Analyst is responsible for all user application and network enablement requests, and assisting customers and internal teams with testing on all relevant queries.The Analyst will be considered the Subject Matter Expert on all things REDI. The role reports into the Market Access Manager.
Key responsibilities:
. Supports the running of core business processes on a day-to-day basis by proactively identifying issues, executing resolutions, and implementing process improvements
. Resolves escalated client queries, escalating high-impact risks and building internal relationships and networks with key teams
. Become a subject matter expert for all things REDI onboarding.
. Keep up to date with products and services to maintain quality of service during the launch of new products, projects and service changes and ensure the team achieve readiness for key milestones and Go Live.
. Work closely with the relevant internal teams to understand client requirements.
. Assist the relevant internal teams with Customer readiness activities and answering functional queries, when necessary.
. Understand the internal and external causes and impacts of operational risks, monitoring key risk indicators to proactively identify issues in advance of regulators
. Build specialist knowledge to analyse complex data and determine and execute resolutions to operational risks in an accurate and timely manner, escalating complex operational risks where expertise is required
