Job Overview:
Analysts support the development of client deliverables, performing research and analysis tasks with the support of senior members of the team. Analysts will develop a basic understanding of client and document types and engage in task management and some minimal, direct client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Summarize information in a succinct and coherent manner
Prepares and conducts research per project objectives
Provide simple analysis and secondary research
Participate in the development of client materials and presentations (e.g. decks from acquired information with graphs, charts, and tables)
Participate in internal meetings and develop meeting minutes/meeting agendas
Produce components of client drafts (up to 50%), with oversight
Draft client communication with oversight
Gain exposure to various client types and client documents
Gain proficiency in at least one skill set which can be applied to relevant projects
Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree, preferred science degree (e.g. economics, health policy, epidemiology)
Advanced degree in relevant field is preferred (e.g. MS, MPH, MBA, MD)
0-2 years of relevant experience in Market Access or HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with ability to prepare complex charts, graphs, tables and PowerPoint slides
