OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE:
To assist in the conceptualization, implementation and reviews of Marketing Communication initiatives for the Philippines
YOUR TASKS:
Marketing Manager
Assist in planning, implementing and reviewing annual marketing plan including digital initiatives
Assist in preparing and tracking of annual AP& P budget and spend
Carry out any task that is required by his or her superiors from time to time.
Country Marketing Functions
Able to conceptualize and implement internal and external marketing communication activities in collaboration with key stakeholders
Monitors promo implementation, results and recommends opportunities for improvement
Ensures consistency of deployment of DHL's brand and corporate guidelines across all touch-points
Update and maintain global branding campaigns, sales and POS materials and ensure compliance to brand guidelines
Ad agency, Creative Agency and 3rd Party Suppliers
Coordinate with advertising agencies to ensure activities are implemented on time and on budget
Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables from the agencies and request for re-work where necessary
Ensure adherence to procurement guidelines on supplier accreditation and ensure a decent existing pool of suppliers for variety
Source, purchase, distribute gift items and control inventory while ensuring compliance
Country Office Functional Teams
Brief other departments of the Marketing and Sales Programs before launch
YOUR PROFILE:
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
Sound market research, consumer behaviour analysis, strategydevelopment and integrated marketing communications
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Social Media Management, SEM, SEO and Corporate Digital Assets
5-7 years of experience in a related capacity
Degree in Business/Marketing
