What you will do
Overview of the position: Ensure & Assure that ALL lots shipped to customer have no quality risk. Please refer to Turtle Diagram attached.
Review risk in the factory, strengthen the control plans & check for effectiveness. Participates in audits, reviews indices, reacts and escalates accordingly.
Monitors process OCAPs & LRRs.
Escalate issues detected at the firewalls, during in-process monitoring, developing trends and spikes.
Continuously identify the risks in the in-process QA monitor and Gates
Drive effective lot scoping and immediate quarantine of suspect non-conforming lots and equipment
Gatekeeper for releasing hold lots from system.
Risk Evaluation Approach

What you will need
Engineering Graduate
Minimum of 5 years experience as Process Engineer or QA Engineer
