Responsible for the Maintenance, Sustenance, Continuous Improvement of ATE tester machine and other related hardware's..
Perform effective coordination to section manager for an effective strategy that will help production /costumers needs
Ensure 100 % availability in all spare board ( Load boards, instrumentation boards and other hardware's )
Ensure 100% PM hit rate schedule on tester machines.
Focuses on improvement/ modification in the system that eliminate machine breakdown
Build and maintain good condition of tools and spare parts.
Provide in-depth failure analysis, forecasts, and quality engineering reports.
Implementation of machine calibration, strategic maintenance plans, standardization and improvements.
Support on Quality engineering team for analysis and planning in addressing quality issues.
Interacts closely with external representatives to establish efficient and cost effective tools and parts
Qualifications
Graduate of 5 year Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical technology course or equivalent
At least 5 years direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering
Preferably knowledgeable in automated test handler, testers and other test equipment.
Preferably knowledgeable in basic computer language (C++, Pascal, etc...).
Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
