Familiar with the following tools: 5s, Kaizen, 5why analysis
Can read and write electrical drawings.
Can read and write pneumatic & hydraulic drawings.
Background knowledge in PLC programming - Allen Bradley RSlogix Software ( Logic 500-Studio 50000
Background knowledge in Drives automation
Allen Bradley power & Kinetix servo flex series
Danfoss AC Drives - ABB Drives (Background knowledge in HMI software and programming) Allen Bradley Factorytalk View editions - Siemens WinCC Flexible(Background knowledge in CAD drawings) AutoCAD, E-plan (Background knowledge on Fanuc Robots)
Flexibility on rotating shift schedules ( Day/Night )
Hands-on troubleshooting capacity.
Background knowledge in calibration and use of calibration tools.
Manufacturing background and can work logically in times of pressure.
Can independently work or can work within a group.
Able to lead small or big groups for project execution.
Self-motivated and able to formulate solutions on production issues.
Positive attitude towards colleagues and subordinates.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
BS Electronics & Communication Engr.
Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & schematics.
