JOB DETAILS:
One of the biggest IT BPO Company that provides IT, back office and customer support to foreign companies
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Resolve client inquiries and complaints and determine priority issues.
Establish as the main contact for recognized clients.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language both oral and written.
Preferably Chinese national
Preferable College level or at least High School diploma
Background in Customer Service is an advantage
Knowledgeable in computer applications
