Responsibilities:
Responsible for a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work including company incorporations,
registration of foreign branches and representative offices,
Preparation of meeting minutes and following up with tasks highlighted in the meeting
Handling Company's legal documents (Business Permit, Occupancy Permit, Fire Safety Inspection and
Office Contract) and license permit and other necessary documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including but not limited to: Scheduling
meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars
Efficiently and effectively work with the CEO to keep him informed regarding upcoming meetings,
commitments or responsibilities with appropriate follow-ups
Delivers smooth communication or coordination between the Office of the CEO and other departments
Maintaining confidentiality of company's information
To perform any other duties assigned by CEO from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
At least 1 year of similar work experience.
Required Languages: Chinese, English, Filipino/Tagalog
Possess good communication skills, good team player, independent, meticulous and have strong
interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Knowledge in Office Management systems and procedures
Can work well under pressure
Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines
