JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This company is one of the common strategic consulting companies which originally located in Cranbury, NJ, United States.
Duties:
Deliver excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and update menus and regularly review product quality.
Develop the overall marketing strategy, research on competition, maintain and update list of vendors.
Ensure safety and sanitation compliance and that local protocols on COVID-19 prevention are strictly followed at all times.
Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
Organize staffing and supervise their shifts
Control costs and implement measures to cut waste.
Create weekly, monthly, and annual reports on restaurant expenses and revenues.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage • Services Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Filipino
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.
