Duties and Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with vendors to setup all products environments to new customer
 Provide support to customer via electronic communication channel during integration of
product into customer sites
 Provide support to customer service team for any IT related issue
 Provide weekly reports of clients' integration status
 Keep track and follow up with customer until the product successful launch
 Prepare documentations like boarding kits or Process forms to smoothen the product
integration
 Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior
Qualifications:
 Required to live in Manila, Philippines
 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
 Required skill(s): Web Programming languages such as ASP.NET, PHP, JAVA, HTML and
HTML5; Database knowledge such as SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle; and API integration
skill
 Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
 At least 1-year experienced employee in IT technical & operational support
 Analytical skill to resolve problem in timely manner
 Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus
 Able to multi­tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under
pressure
 Up-to-date with IT knowledge
