Work with the biggest contact center handling the largest bank company in the Philippines. They are currently handling the LARGEST PHILIPPINE BANK and servicing the Chinese and Fukien speakers. With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tag as one of the most successful business in the Philippines.Currently this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate or Undergraduate
Mandarin, Fukien, English (Speaking Only)
Bachelor's Degree Holder in any related areas or at least 2 years college
Background in related area is a plus but not required
Knowledgeable in Computer applications
Willing to work Dayshift and Midshift
DUTIES:
Handle credit card redemptions
Explain airmiles and fly anywhere
Assist in redemptions of gift certificates
Discuss the credit card perks
Discuss the payment terms and card activation
Verify the account information and updates
