Job responsibilities: 1. Performing and controlling the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulation 2. Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
3. Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement 4. Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up and conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions 5. Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
6. Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company 7. Engaging to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards Job Requirements: 1. Full-time Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
2. At least 3 years proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor, preferably Big Four candidates with ecommerce exposure.
CPA would be a plus 3. Advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures 4. Excellent communication, project and time management skills with detail oriented mind
5. Ability to handle sensitive financial information 6. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases 7. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese would be a plus
