Job Brief:
We are looking for an Integration Analyst with up-to-date knowledge of programming skill in order to integrate and setup product environment to clients.
An Integration Analyst is responsible to integrate and implement new products. The work demands up-to-date programming knowledge and a professional approach to time and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with vendors to setup all products environments to new customer
• Provide support to customer via electronic communication channel during integration of product into customer sites
• Provide support to customer service team for any IT related issue
• Provide weekly reports of clients integration status
• Keep track and follow up with customer until the product successful launch
• Prepare documentations like boarding kits or Process forms to smoothen the product integration
• Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years working experience in IT related field
• Analytical skill to resolve problem in timely manner
• Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus
• Able to multitasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Up-to-date with IT knowledge
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese is a must
• The Candidate is required to live in Manila
