The position will be based in Metro, Manila. Key job responsibilities include: Identify and classify target companies and perform market research as required by collecting andgathering market trends Establish and build strong relationship with MAS/Offshore clients to leverage MAS/Offshore Support Services to enhance customers' business. Perform telemarketing activities for purposes of initially introducing the company and gather information to determine and explore business prospects Establish and build strong relationships with the objective of fostering customers' business thereby expanding Ben Line offshore opportunities Supports Commercial Manager in developing new business Conducts regular Business Reviews and send sales call reports on major accounts visited. Tracks and maintains all account activity and assist in the collection of payment where appropriate Provides sales forecasts and other reports to manager as required Ensures operational team's compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise ofgeneral duty of care Ensures compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise duty of care. Takes responsibility of our health and safety and that of others Uses work items provided by the company, including personal protective equipment in accordance with company polices and best practices Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in Shipping/Logistics specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent Fluent in Mandarin and English Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English) Experience in negotiating and closing deals for potential clients Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
