JOB DETAILS:

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in a tech support, support engineering, or developer support role preferred
Knowledge of Android OS and Mac OS is a plus
Hands-on development skills with JavaScript, JSON, Nodejs experience is a must
Great attention to detail
Excellent soft skills and customer service skills
A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
Responsibilities:
Write technical support emails in response to developer's questions about how to develop applications for smart devices.
Some of these questions will be about basic procedure, some will be more technical about interacting with our API.
Escalate developer queries to the next level of support.
