REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any course related
With at least 5 years of experience in related field
With technical knowledge, planning capability, propensity to innovation, capability for organizational assessment, and holistic vision
Familiar with common office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Has a good leadership skills, professional skills and problem solving skills; has strong language of expression, coordination, and communication skills
Has a strong teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for work.
Open for Native and Non-native candidates
Mandarin 80% and English 20%
RESPONSIBILITIES
Determines and defines project scope and objectives;
Predicts resources needed to reach objectives;
Manages resources in an effective and efficient manner;
Prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements;
Tracks project costs in order to meet budget;
Develops a detailed project schedule and work plan;
Manages project schedule and work plan;
Provides project updates on a consistent basis to the management about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;
Monitors project progress and make adjustments as needed;
Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement;
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
