• Liaise with the respective HR Director/local leadership to ensure operational process excellence adapted to the needs of the region/country in alignment with Regional
• Ensure the payroll cycle transactions are processed accurately and timely; payout and calculation of pay, loans, taxes, and social insurance in a quickly changing legal environment. Also covering inputs / ex-pats.
