Duties:
Answer calls from Chinese about remittance centers nearest locations
Answer inquiries from Chinese about requirements to claim the money
Assist in checking the delivery status of the payment transfer
Assist customers in creating online profile for registration
Discuss Mobile wallet and how to activate it
Help in tracking money transactions
Give instructions on how to pick up the money
Requirements:
Open to Filipino Chinese or Filipino
Open to Native Chinese or any nationality (we can provide visa)

Graduates or undergraduates
Requirement is 6 months CSR background from any industries
