This company aims to be the best regional BPO/Online Gaming service provider by offering exceptionally strategic, efficient, and secure horizontal BPO services to off-shore and near-shore ecommerce companies.
Duties:
Develop and maintain an information security framework and policies based on organisation's direction.
Implement Information security guidelines and protocols, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Provide support in developing and maintaining policies and procedures in relation to operational risk framework.
Facilitate the operational risk incident management and escalation process. Investigation on significant operational events, non-compliance or potential fraud cases.
Assist in development and maintenance of business continuity planning as well as documentation in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Documentations including the emergency response as well as recovery plan for business functions.
Participate in required compliance trainings in order to satisfy regulatory and business partner's requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English (Speak,read and write)
University degree preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Related certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar will be advantageous
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information/Cyber Security, operational risk management, or similar functions in e-commerce, insurance, banking or financial services industry
Understanding in Information Security framework, principles and control practices on ISMS, ISO 27001.
Experience in handling risk assessment, data privacy, risk incidents, business continuity etc
Technical Knowledge
Project Management skills in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with some experience in writing policies and procedures
Some experience in managing information security risks, incidents, response and investigations.
Strong understanding of audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information/cyber security, privacy and/or data security
