With working experience in BPO industry is an advantage
Must have Finance Background atleast 6 months
Experience in bank processes is a huge advantage
Duties:
Responsible in processing markets product operations, including markets transaction processing, verification, reporting and administrative tasks relevant
Ensuring compliance with internal policy and requirements.
Handles customer complaints and deal with it in a prompt time frame to ensure that the account us not exposed
