REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing
Bachelor's degree in legal management or equivalent
Be proficient in local laws,Bar passer is a plus
At least 5 years of work experience in the related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide sound legal advice to any area of the business as needed
To create legal documents (i.e. contracts, agreements, affidavit, etc.) as required by the business
To properly review and/or revise internal and external legal documents as needed
To collaborate with relevant departments on establishing governance policies, and controls to reduce, if not eliminate, any liabilities or risks
To regularly collaborate with immediate superior and/or other relevant departments on legal requirements and/or outstanding legal cases if any
To assist in effectively identifying and managing risks that would affect any area of the business
