Requirements:
With a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and excellent communications skills in English
With at least 5 to 10 years' experience in HR Management
Knowledgeable in all the facets of HR not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
With experience in working in a Logistics company is highly preferred but not required
With managerial or director experience specializing in Human Resources
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department
Design the corporate policies, guidelines and procedures, recruitment test-screening systems and oversee its strict implementation and adherence
Support the performance review process and assist in the review and analysis of performance results.
Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives of all the department.
Stays current with laws and regulations affecting personnel issues (Equal employment, employee safety, etc.), employment practices or trends and recommends new or revised policies and procedures as appropriate.
Coordinates and participates in completion of terminations and exit process.
Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports; maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
Prepares and coordinates all accident reports and worker's compensation reports. Handles follow-up insurance and workers compensation claims. Handles return-to-work and disability slips.
