REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's/College Degree graduates in any course are open to apply
Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
Ability to solve complex investigations or escalations (2 Qtrs)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
With working experience in the related field is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Investigate suspicious activity and behavior that could pose a risk to customers, or merchants.
Communicate via email and telephone with buyers, merchants, and other external and internal customers to make informed decisions about risk.
Maintain site quality by enforcing policy and guidelines
Take appropriate action based on established procedures and document those actions. When procedures are not available, follow established escalation paths to ensure resolution.
Participate in other special projects/assignments and Partner with appropriate business teams as necessary.
Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations
Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with our customer base - buyers, merchants and internal customers.
Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
