Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin
Good analytical, teamwork, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
Computer and Internet literacy, specifically with MS office applications
Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin, able to interact across cultures with all levels of people
DUTIES:
Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries of the Vice President
Scheduling the corporate jet and International Travels; booking other transportation arranging lodging and meeting accommodations of the management
Managing executives' calendars and set up meetings for the VP
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
