Role & Accountabilities
As a Data Analyst, establish efficient data collection and validation processes.
Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and managing property management-related data and ESG-related data for China assets.
Be responsible for uploading the reviewed and validated data into respective systems for downstream reporting requirements.
Responsible for training the property managers of newly acquired properties on how to prepare the operational data & ESG data using our template.
Proactively engage, manage, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Especially with the property managers who are the external data providers.
Help in answering data-related questions and resolving any problems that arise.
Maintain and update property-related static data in all the relevant systems (e.g., Property NLA, changes to utility meters, Occupancy rate, etc.)
Provide data insights for various business functions, and recommend areas for improved data management and data quality.
Update and maintain necessary processes and documents.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1 to 2 years of data management experience.
Should be able to read, write & speak Mandarin, and fluency in English is preferred.
Preferred tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.
Intermediate Excel skills
An analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge and understanding of the real estate investment industry is a plus.
