Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with enterprise level business and government agency customers
Resolves customer's inquiry through inbound calls and chat.
Facilitate chat and phone requests for Billing Issues.
Provide professional, timely, and accurate delivery of service to all customers at all times
Troubleshoot and problem solve issues
