Job Descriptions
Responsible for assisting clients with product information.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Serves customers by helping them select the best products.
Job Qualifications
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin.
Intermediate level in English language.
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
Customer Service experience is a plus.
Open to undergraduates and graduates
