JOB DETAILS:
Since 1997, the company has been creating rich new worlds for players to discover online. Provides customized game software, fully hosted sites, wagering solutions, player tracking and rewards programs, back-end office operations, and much more.
Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information
● Answer calls, emails and/or chat messages from customers with the highest standards
● Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers
● Establish a personal relationship with our most valuable customers
● Assess risk on all correspondence and escalate concerns to supervisor
Requirements:
● At least 1 year experience working experience in Online Gaming
● Proficient in Mandarin and English
● Customer Service experience
● Open to High School Graduates
