Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
Handle and maintain a good client relationships
Work with and train other staff in client service delivery
Provide the best experience to the clients of the brand
Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships
Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
Requirements:
Has retail experience or at least coming from a client facing role
Experience in sales and customer service (airlines, hospitality, fast fashion, beauty and cosmetics)
Experience in a Client centric industry
Has agility and resilience to the role
Proficiency in Mandarin Language
