RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process claims by screening the requirements.
Checking if the documents submitted followed the guidelines.
Encode the needed information on the system for documentation.
Confirm if the requirements adhere to the service level agreement.
Double check the policy information with the request's copy.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
· Mandarin Language Proficiency
· No work experience needed
· Must be a degree holder
· Preferably fresh graduates and with no related background
· Can work for a life insurance company
· No age limit and willingness to do 100% back office jobs
