REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of assistant and secretary related work experience is preferred;
More than 1 year of team management and operation management experience;
Stable past work and a clean background (no criminal history and bad habits);
Fluent in Chinese and English, speaking Filipino is a bonus item;
Optimistic and cheerful personality, adaptable, patient, and meticulous; strong affinity and Communication skills, have a good sense of teamwork.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate office environment support: workstation management and coordination.
Daily affairs support gift management, print management, etc.
Conference support: conference room reservation, meeting coordination, and organization.
Cultural construction support: Assist in the planning and organization of departmental staff activities (annual meetings, team building, etc.)
Departmental support: travel management, air ticket hotel reservations, daily related affairs arrangements.
Other affairs assigned by the CEO.
