Job Description
Executes established benefits processes and seeks guidance from Sr Analyst as appropriate.
Triages, research and respond to participant issues , i.e. eligibility, calculation errors and service delivery.
Triages and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
Reviews benefit reports and take action as needed.
Performs peer review on work completed by other peers.
