Position: Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: P 80,000 - P 100,000

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance or similar course.
✅ Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
✅ Knowledge in Accounting and taxes.
✅ Basic familiarity with SAP and IVT systems.
✅ 1-2 years of professional experience in the accounting area
✅ Understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes and/or Expense Processes
✅ Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
✅ Basic SAP FI-MM and Accounts Payable interfaces
Responsibilities:
✅Responsible for providing end-of-day status (invoices and tickets).
✅ Responsible for mailbox monitoring email handling, responding to queries, and Vendor Unknown Company Code handling).
✅ On-time execution, review, and follow-ups of all AP reports.
✅ Ensure on-time payment proposal review.
✅ Review of exception list.
✅ Monitor returned/rejected payments and take proper action.
✅ Proper handling of refund payment-vendor confirmation from O2C.
✅ Proper handling of requests for reversal/refund transactions.
✅ Involvement in training new employee/s: work shadowing and side-by-side processing.
✅ Involvement in audit support for the countries being handled (preparation of raw data for the given samples).
✅ Ensure Stakeholder Management (Internal and External including interactions that build relationships with vendors).
